Why does Visibly require GitHub Authentication?
Visibly is built on top of GitHub and uses your GitHub account as the source of truth for your Visibly account and profile information.
What permissions does Visibly request?
Visibly takes code security seriously and doesn't request or require repo permissions. Visibly only requests the following permissions:
- read:user
- Grants read-only access to the user's profile data.
- read:org
- Grants read-only access to organization membership, organization projects, and team membership.
- user:email
- Grants read-only access to the user's email address.
